I am Peng Tao as a full-time Associate Professor specializing in
sexuality/gender education, STD/HIV/AIDS intervention research, social
medicine, sexual health promotion and mental health promotion, also as
executive director in charge of the Research and Education Center in
Sexual Health, School of Public Health, Harbin Medical University,
China.

- Project manager for the program of The Asian-Pacific Resource
and Research Centre for Women (ARROW), which is being implemented in
Hei Long Jiang Province, China. This project is focused on the Woman
Reproductive Health and Rights, the duration is from February 1,
2008 to January 31, 2010.
