Organization and structure
The Course is organized by the City Clinical Oncology Dispensary, St. Petersburg and the Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research (GFMER), WHO Collaborating Centre.
The structure of the course is as follows:

The teaching language will be Russian

Participants
For the first course, preference will be given to chiefs of surgical departments of Russian Federation hospitals. The course is made for 20 to 30 participants.
