I was born on the 9th of May 1985. I graduated with a BSc in Nursing in 2008, and a Master of Epidemiology in 2012. I am now working at the Endocrinology and Metabolism Research Institute, Tehran University of Medical Science, as a co-principal investigator in the measurement of the HIV/AIDS burden in Iran. I am also working in STI epidemiology and determining the prevalence and incidence of STIs in my country. Sexual and reproductive health - especially HIV/AIDS - is my main research interest.
