I was born on 21st september 1980 at Dharan, Nepal. I am brought up at the same place. I graduated from B.P. Koirala Institute of health sciences, Nepal, a Bachelor of medicine, Bachelor of surgery (M.B.B.S) and obtained post-graduation in OBGYN at the same place in 2009. Since then I am working in this university hospital. I have special interest in minimal access surgery (MAS) in gynaecology and high risk pregnancy. I also received fellowship in MAS from WALS. I have undergone on-the Job training in Obstetric Fistula and currently also serving women suffering from genitourinary fistula. Besides my clinical and teaching undergraduates and post graduates I also look after MBBS phase II programme of our institute as Co-ordinator.
I am happily married to Dr Jyoti Agrawal working as consultant paediatrician at the same hospital and we have a son of 3 years.
