Dr. Winnie Mwebia is a Kenyan, born in May 1985. She graduated from the University of Nairobi school of Medicine in 2009 with a Bachelor in Surgery and Bachelor in medicine (MBchB). She then worked as a Medical Officer for 3 ½ years at Embu level V Hospital in the Department of Obs/Gyn after completing a 1-year internship at the same hospital. In 2014 she enrolled for masters of medicine in Obs/Gyn at the University of Nairobi, where she is currently a year II resident in the program. Upon completion of her studies in 2018, Winnie will go back to serve as an Obstetrician Gynecologist at the Embu level V Hospital.
