Deepesh is born on the 30th Oct, 1978. He holds a Masters degree in Health Management (MHM) from Indian Institute of Health Management Research and M.Phil in Hospital & Health System Management (HHSM) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, Rajasthan. He also holds Post Graduation Diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society for training & Development, New Delhi.
He is a recipient of Aus Aid scholarship under leadership development program from University of Sydney, Australia and Fellowship from University of Manitoba, Canada under International Infectious Disease & Global Health Program.
He has over 13 years of experience working with national and international NGOs, bilateral agencies and government programmes on MNCH, Adolescent Reproductive & Sexual & Health (ARSH), HIV prevention, abortion and health promotion. His programme management experience includes working with a variety of organizations & donors including Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), PLAN, CARE, International Center for Research on Woman (ICRW), IPas India and Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI).
Currently he is working as a Project Specialist –Sexual and Reproductive Health, with International Planned Parenthood Federation, with south Asia Office, New Delhi.
