Multiple free screening sites were made available with referral services when needed. Media outlets and the Wife of the Executive Governor were present to support the event. Prizes were also awarded to winners of the raffle draw competition. They aim to reduce the rising incidence of breast cancer, high mortality levels due to late presentation at health facilities encourage regular screening and eliminate stigma associated with reproductive health conditions in Nigeria.
