My name is Aida Kumnova, obstetrician and gynecologist, Department of infertility, Regional Hospital of Gjakova, Kosovo, subspecialization gynecologic endoscopy. I was born in Gjakova. I began my medical studies in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but during the time I was there the war started in 1992. So I had to come back to Kosovo to finish my studies. I completed my training in obstetrics and gynecology in 2007. After that I underwent a 6 months training in gynecologic oncology in Skopje (Macedonia), and a training in assisted reproductive technology in Thessaloniki (Greece) under the direction of Professor Basil Tarlatzis.
