Current Activities
Dr Michel Grupper is currently providing GFMER expertise in Public-Private health / programs financing / pharmaceutical areas / Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Beside GFMER activities, Dr Michel Grupper has developed and manages a medical monitoring company using voice data technologies (telemedicine) for chronic diseases, health services (home care delivery and clinics) and Data management (clinical trials, sentinel site) (Medical Link Services®). He also advises private foundations to implement activities world-wide by carefully monitoring its technical execution and its financial disbursement. He is a board member and part of the executive committee of the Ligue Genevoise contre le Cancer (LGC).
Background
Dr Michel Grupper has experienced over 20 years in Public-Private Health related positions.
The public sector positions include the following organisations: World Bank, WHO, DFID, MSH, GFATM, MDM, PSF.
The private sector positions encompass (i) Health Economist Advisor for Europe, Middle-east & Africa for a pharmaceutical company and (ii) Health Financial analyst for a private banking company.
