Ama Asamaniwa Attua was born on 18th December, 1982. She graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a Bsc. Biochemistry in 2005 and an MPH from the same university in 2011. She was a counsellor for the reproductive health and HIV/AIDS Voluntary counselling centre in a hospital at Eikwe Ghana and also been involved in counselling and testing clinics for HIV/AIDS mostly organized in the Ashanti region of Ghana. She is currently working as a Zonal Coordinator in the Kumasi branch of the project involving improving reproductive health of women.
