I was born on the 1st of January 1978. I graduated from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia with Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Gondar, Ethiopia in 2014. Presently, I am studying Public Health Epidemiology at the Karolinska Institutet in Sweden and will graduate in early June 2016. Before I joined the Karolinska Institutet, I had been working as Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator in Plan International Ethiopia for five years.
