Elorm is a Ghanaian by nationality, born on 7th June 197. She had her secondary education at Winneba in the central region and later obtained a certificate in Environmental Health from School of Hygiene in 2002, obtained a Diploma in Midwifery at Midwifery Training School-Korle-Bu in 2007, then proceeded to Kwame Nkrumah University of science and Technology and graduated with Bachelor of Science in midwifery in 2016.

Subsequent to her first degree, Elorm worked as an environmental health officer at the district level, midwife in the clinical area, with the Ghana health Service and currently with Marie Stopes Ghana as a QTA officer, supporting and building capacity/training of some Marie Stopes franchised clinics in family planning, pregnancy crisis management, emergency preparedness management and infection prevention control. She is also responsible for the recruiting, nurturing and providing support and capacity building of some private midwives across the Marie Stopes franchise network.

She has special interest in emergency obstetric care; access to reproductive healthcare and capacity building of health providers.
