I was born on the 1st of January 1993 in Turkana County and attended a local primary school in my village called Katilu mixed Primary School. I later joined Katilu Boys Secondary school where I did national examination and qualified to be a government sponsored student at Kenyatta University. I graduated with Bachelor of Science in Public Health with speciality in key populations (MARPs). I have also done Certificate in Project Planning and Management from University of Nairobi. I have a wealth of experience in humanitarian work generally geared towards improving sexual and general health outcomes of communities. I have worked with the Ministry of Health (in Kenya)  as a Community Linkage Officer based  in Turkana West Sub County where I implemented adolescent Health programs and promoted retention of People living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA) to care and treatment. I have participated in the First Global Conference on Patient-centred Care where I presented a paper titled, “Assessing the relevance of competencies among Public Health graduates, at Kenyatta University, on Primary Health Care”. I have given Health talks on various areas; Maternal and Child Health, Adolescent Health, Family planning et cetera. I am pursuing Master of Science degree in Environmental Health at Kenyatta University.

I speak three languages.
