I am a medical officer in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in Brazil. I have large clinical experience in the management of Obstetric high risk care. Since 2008, I have been a staff physician within the Department of in Obstetrics and Gynecology and I’ve fulfilled clinical duties in the emergency department, operating room, labor and delivery suite and outpatient clinical units at UNICAMP. I supervise and teach medical students and Obstetrics and Gynecology residents .The focus of my Ph.D. project is to study maternal morbidity and I’m specifically involved in the evaluation of the Perspective of professionals on the impact on the quality of care for women after participating at the Brazilian Network of Surveillance on Severe Maternal Morbidity.
