Georgine is currently a project manager in a leading SRH /FP NGO in Kenya. She has worked with Sexual Reproductive Health Projects, HIV/AIDS, Youth projects and FP project in identifying the areas of implementation, supervision during actual implementation and ensuring their success. She has acquired intensive trainings and certificates in these subject areas over time.Additionaly, she has also been closely engaged in youth development across Kenya and has established and helped run a number of youth run institutions in her capacity as a project manager in ensuring and promoting sexual rights among men and women of reproductive ages as well as the Adolescents and the youth. In this capacity she has also consulted on a number of national and international development processes pertinent to young people. She has been very instrumental in the development and implementation of youth led advocacy work in East Africa and the globe as a whole surrounding sensitive issues of Safe Abortion, HIV/AIDS-MSMs, Gender Based Violence and Sexual Diversity he has been active in scaling up Comprehensive Sexuality Education in schools and communities.

She has also been involved with other HIV/AIDS Organizations in different positions in numerous campaigns to push for the recognition and reduction of stigma for people living with HIV/AIDS as an important concept and tool to promote positive living and reduce stigma associated with the HIV/AIDS infection. During this time, she helped develop strategies that contribute to improvements in the quality of care of HIV-infected persons.

Over the years, Georgine has accrued technical competencies in the planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS and nutrition programs, particularly in resource-constrained settings. Her research interests include Adolescent Reproductive Health, maternal and child health/nutrition.
