Dr Ibrahim Adigun was born in Nigeria on August 11th, 1984. He graduated from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State of Nigeria in 2009 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degree (MB: BS). He did his internship at the National Hospital Abuja, and went on to carry out his National youth service in Ogun State and worked in one of their primary healthcare centers.

He was the Head of Community Development Service Coordinator in the 2010/2011 National service year. He was saddled with the responsibility of taking care of the health of fellow corps members and that of the community - a rural community with poor access to healthcare services, poor health indices such as high infant and maternal mortality and avoidable deaths from preventable diseases, such as malaria, diarrheal diseases, tetanus, tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDS. In retaliation he embarked on a massive health enlightenment and fundraising campaign acquiring a generator, mosquito nets, and beds for the community hospital. He received the prestigious award of the most active corps member conferred on him by the Nigerian Corpers Association.
