I was born on the 20th of November 1972. I graduated from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, in 1998 with a degree of Medicine. I served as the medical director of Bisidimo District Hospital, East Hararge, Oromia, Ethiopia (Oct. 1999-May 2003) and HIV/AIDS/STI Regional Coordinator, Oromia Regional Health Bureau, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (June 2003-May 2005). I served as a national volunteer for UNDP/UNV Afar Project, Afar, Ethiopia (Sep. 2006-July 2008). Currently I work with CU-ICAP-E as a regional program officer and as regional clinical mentor stationed at the Eastern regional office in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia.
