Dr. Demeke is a public health specialist with more than 15 years of experience within Ethiopia and internationally. Since 2008, he has been working as a family planning associate for Ipas Ethiopia and is responsible for leading the organization’s family planning program in Ethiopia. He is committed to reproductive health – especially maternal health, the lack of which is claiming the lives of hundreds of thousands of mothers every year, mainly in developing countries.
