Ms. Karina Tamy Kasawara graduated in Physical Therapy at University São Camilo, São Paulo. She specialized in Women Health Physical Therapy from University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Campinas, São Paulo. She has Master of Science from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, UNICAMP. Currently, she is a PhD Candidate at the same department and University and she is teaching as a Professor at the Department of Physical Therapy, Ibirapuera University, São Paulo. She was part of an exchange program for 6 months of her PhD program as a visiting researcher at Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada. In 2013 she was a volunteer as a teaching assistant for the course "Principle and Practice of Clinical Research", Department of Continuing Medical Education, Harvard Medical School.
