Dr Masudi Mohamed Jerry was born on the 20th of October 1973. In 2001 he graduated from the University of Kisangani as a medical doctor, and he has a Master of Public Health (Health Economics) from the University of Kinshasa Public Health School (2006). He has over seven years’ experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health programme designing and management, both in humanitarian and development settings. He has extensive experience in humanitarian coordination/cluster approaches, with a focus on advocacy and the integration of SRH (including SRAJ), GBV and HIV/AIDS in humanitarian and stabilization programmes. He is a ToT expert in SRH, both for programme coordinators and healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, midwives). He has over three years’ experience in clinical services, as well as in assisting professors in research and academic activities in paediatrics at Goma University, eastern DR Congo.
During his undergraduate studies, he was actively involved as a reporter in producing news and documentaries on public health, especially for mother and child health-related issues.
He is married and blessed with one child.
