Dr. M. M. Saleh was born on the 20th of April 1981. He works with an international public health organization. He obtained his MPH degree from the International University of Bamenda in Cameroon in 2011. In 2007, he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) degree from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma Certificate in Information Technology (PGDIT). His areas of interest are in Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS.

He is also a Strategic Leadership and Management consultant at the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria with an Associate Membership affiliation to the American Association of Public Health Physicians (AAPHP). He has up to six years of progressive working experience in family planning, integrated maternal newborn and child health (IMNCH-PMTCT, especially in the areas of capacity building and development for program governance.
